Cancellations should be sent to email@example.com, and it is important to include the name and ID No. of the payer as well as the name and ID No. of the pupil.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed one month at a time unless a cancellation has been made. Should a subscriber and/or payer choose to change the subscription regarding dates, payment method, cancellation or other, all changes must be notified by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Such notification must be delivered no later than on the 25th day of the month preceding the month in which the change is to take effect.
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring delivery of such notifications to Skólamatur. Information regarding pupils leaving school or changing schools must also be delivered in the same manner.
Subscription must be payed in full if Skólamatur has not verifiably received the cancellation.
